Welcome in the virtual gallery
Here you have the opportunity for communication and exchange with the artists and other visitors of the forum regarding the artistic objects, globalization and further aspects.
We are looking forward to your contributions!
The edupolis team has invited international artists to demonstrate their views on globalization on the edupolis platform. Clemente Padin from Uruguay, Alexandre Venera dos Santos and Joesér Alvarez from Brazil, Susana Torres from Argentinia, Daniele Davalli and Giuseppe Nigretti from Italy, Hector Siluchi from Chile, Irene Marx and Siglinde Kallnbach from Germany followed this invitation. They are showing in two virtual galleries medial artistic objects that express their views on the problems of globalization in a visual way. The aim of this is to start a dialogue with the spectators. Hence the artists are waiting for your questions and your motivation to discuss the topic of globalization. For that we have prepared for you one webforum in English and one in German. We will translate for you from German into English and vice versa.
To make this dialogue possible we had to concentrate on a certain number of artistic objects. We decided not to concentrate on artistic criteria but to choose those that seemed to be most suitable to provoke discussions; you find these artistic objects in gallery 1. There you also find informations regarding which forum belongs to which object. The ones that haven't been chosen for discussion you can find in gallery 2.
In order for you to keep the overview we are offering the forums in the following order:
